Registration Procedure
We encourage on-line registration for the 17th IMAST. However, delegates may also register by completing and mailing or faxing the Registration Form. All registrations will be confirmed via e-mail. If you do not receive a confirmation within two weeks of submission, please contact the Scoliosis Research Society at +1-414-289-9107, or

Advance registration is available until June 1, 2010. The registration cut-off date is June 15, 2010. Registrations will only be accepted on-site after this date. No exceptions will be made

The registration fee includes entrance to the General and Concurrent Sessions, Spine Fundamentals, the Instructional Course Lectures, breakfasts, breaks, lunches, and the Welcome Reception on Wednesday, July 21. An additional $25 charge applies for each ticket to the Course Reception on Friday, July 23.

Guest registration, including registration for the optional tours and Course Reception, is available on the "Guests & Activities" tab.


Attention Exhibitors!
Exhibitor registration forms will be mailed to exhibiting companies with the booth assignments in February 2010. Please do not register your booth personnel online.


Name substitutions must be made to SRS in writing prior to June 15, 2010. Any name substitutions made onsite will result in a $100 processing fee. If the original registrant shows up at the meeting, he/she will be responsible for a new onsite registration fee.


Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellations must be received in writing. You may fax your cancellation to +1-414-276-3349 or e-mail it to You will receive a confirmation and refund within 14 days of receipt of your cancellation notice. SRS will grant a full refund for cancellations received in writing on or before June 1, 2010. For written cancellations received after June 1st, a $150 processing fee will be withheld from your refund. No refunds will be granted after June 15, 2010.
