Welcome Reception
All registered delegates and their registered guests are invited to pick up their registration materials and to attend the IMAST Welcome Reception on Wednesday, July 21 from 17:00 - 19:30. The reception will be hosted in the Exhibit Hall on the Lower Concourse of the Sheraton Centre, where beverages and light hors d' oeuvres will be served. There is no charge for registered delegates and registered guests, though a ticket must be requested at the time of registration. Dress for the Welcome Reception is business casual. The Welcome Reception is supported, in part, by a grant from Medtronic Spinal & Biologics.
Course Reception
Inspired by Canada's true passion for its national pastime, IMAST delegates and registered guests are invited to take part in a spirited evening at the Hockey Hall of Fame on Friday, July 23 from 19:00 - 23:00. Guests will enjoy beverages and signature food specialties from the "Original Six" NHL cities, an extensive collection of hockey artifacts from around the world, as well as the opportunity to challenge themselves in the "Be a Player Zone," featuring state of the art interactive games and simulations. And of course, the highlight of any visit to the Hockey Hall of Fame is the MCI Great Hall and the chance to have your photograph taken with the world-famous Stanley Cup. Tickets are $25 each and must be purchased at the time of registration. A limited number of tickets may be available onsite. Dress for the Course Reception is casual (no shorts, please).
OPTIONAL ACTIVITIES
All tours are subject to minimum attendance and may be cancelled if pre-reservations to not meet pre-determined minimums. In such instances, fees will be fully refunded.
Niagara Wonders & Wine

Guests will travel by motorcoach to Niagara Falls, where they will experience the incredible Maid of the Mist, a steamboat tour of the Falls, and explore the Falls area. Following a buffet lunch at Sheraton Fallsview, guests will board the motorcoach transportation to continue their exploration of the Niagara Region. Proceeding along the Niagara Parkway, it won't take long to understand just what Sir Winston Churchill meant when he called this route the "prettiest Sunday drive anywhere." During this part of the excursion, guests will visit one of the region's best wineries, Chateau des Charmes, where they will enjoy a guided tour of the vineyard and will have the opportunity to taste some of Niagara's award-winning wines. Following this tour and tasting, the group will return via motorcoach to Toronto.

Toronto Harbour Cruise with Lunch

Relax and enjoy a cruise through the Harbour and Island Waterways aboard a Mariposa vessel. While taking in the views, guests will dine on the delicious buffet-style lunch, freshly prepared by the Mariposa Cruises Chefs. The buffet includes a selection of appetizers, salads, beef, chicken, accompanying sides, a sweet table, finishing with coffee and tea. The boat also offers a fully-licensed cash bar.
