Confirmation & Registration
In order for an e-poster to be displayed at IMAST, the presenting author or one co-author must be registered to attend. Note that if you or your co-author do not register for the meeting by May 1, your e-poster will be removed from the program and not displayed onsite or on the e-poster CD-ROM. Please visit the Registration tab for more information or to register online (note that ICL faculty are automatically registered for the course). It is not necessary to enter the abstract ID number during your registration this year.
Program Book Publication
The title and authors of your abstract will be published in the e-poster index of the scientific program book as submitted. If you need to make any corrections to the title or author listing, please send them by May 1 via e-mail to meetings@srs.org. **Also, authors may only be added to an abstract if they have an existing author account in the abstract submission system and a completed COI Disclosure Form. Sorry, no exceptions.
E-Poster Guidelines & Submission
E-poster presentations are available for review during the course on computer kiosk and are also distributed on CD to all attendees. E-poster abstracts are not published in the Program Book, although an index of e-posters will be included. If you need to make any corrections to the title or author listing, please send them by May 1 via e-mail to meetings@srs.org. **Also, authors may only be added to an abstract if they have an existing author account in the abstract submission system and a completed COI Disclosure Form. Sorry, no exceptions.
E-posters must be submitted to the Online Speaker Ready Room, using the link above. If you wish your e-poster to be included on the CD-ROM, please be sure it is uploaded no later than June 1. All e-posters uploaded by July 6, 2011 will appear on the onsite kiosks. It is not necessary to upload twice.
Non-Exclusive License Forms
A Non-Exclusive License Form is required from all e-poster presenters no later than June 1, 2011. The Non-Exclusive License Form may be downloaded here.
Disclosures
Please note that all e-posters must include a slide listing all of the author(s)’ financial disclosures.
