Registration Procedure
Online registration for the 18th IMAST is encouraged. However, delegates may also register by completing and mailing or faxing the Registration Form. All registrations will be confirmed via e-mail. If you do not receive a confirmation within two weeks of submission, please contact the Scoliosis Research Society at +1-414-289-9107, or meetings@srs.org.
Advance registration is available until June 1, 2011. The registration cut-off date is June 15, 2011. Registrations will only be accepted onsite after this date. No exceptions will be made.
The delegate registration fee includes entrance to the General and Concurrent Sessions, the Instructional Course Lectures, breakfasts, breaks, lunches, and the Welcome Reception on Wednesday, July 13. An additional $25 charge applies for each ticket to the Course Reception on Friday, July 15.
Reduced Rate Countries Registration

§ Reduced rate registration is not available with online registration. Delegates from reduced rate countries should download the PDF Registration Form, complete and return it by fax at +1-414-276-3349 or email to meetings@srs.org.
Guest Attendance
Guests must complete and submit their own registration form. Guest registration fees include entrance to the Welcome Reception on Wednesday, July 13 and the ability to register for optional tours. Entrance to the scientific sessions is not included in guest registration fees. An additional $25 charge applies for each ticket to the Course Reception on Friday, July 15. Optional tours are also available for guests, each with an additional charge.
Exhibitors
Exhibitor registration forms will be mailed to exhibiting companies with the booth assignments in February 2011. Please do not register your booth personnel online.
Substitutions
Name substitutions must be made to SRS in writing prior to June 15, 2011. Any name substitutions made onsite will result in a $100 processing fee. If the original registrant shows up at the meeting, he/she will be responsible for a new onsite registration fee.
Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellations must be received in writing. You may fax your cancellation to +1-414-276-3349 or e-mail it to meetings@srs.org. You will receive a confirmation and refund within 14 days of receipt of your cancellation notice. SRS will grant a full refund for cancellations received in writing on or before June 1, 2011. For written cancellations received after June 1, a $150 processing fee will be withheld from your refund. No refunds will be granted after June 15, 2011.
