척추 기형 환자 의 최적 치료 에 전념

영상 진단

골반과 둔부를 포함한 척추의 모든 부분을 포함하는 정면 및 측면의 전장 기립 x-ray는 척추기형을 가진 성인의 진단에 필수적이다(Figure 1A and B). 위 X-ray 이미지에서는 부분적인 정렬, 지역적인 만곡, 그리고 전체적인 균형(총괄적인 정렬)을 측정할 수 있다. 변형을 제대로 이해하기 위해서는 측면 X-ray에서 골반과 무릎이 일직선이 되어야 한다.(그림 1C와 D). 불안정성을 평가하기 위해서는 국소 영상은 필수적이다(굴곡-신전 방사선). 고급 영상 진단(예를 들어 MRI나 CT 척수 조영술)은 하지 증상이나 다른 신경학적 증후 또는 증상을 가진 환자들에게 필요할 수 있다.(그림 2)).
