Registration for the 47th Annual Meeting & Course is now open on the Annual Meeting website. To take advantage of the benefits of advance registration, including lower registration rates, log on to the Annual Meeting website today. Advance registration will be available through August 15, 2012 only.
The delegate base registration fee includes entrance to the general and concurrent scientific sessions, lunchtime symposia, breakfasts, breaks, lunches and the Welcome Reception on Wednesday, September 5. Educational add-ons, including the Hibbs Society Meeting, Pre-Meeting Course and Half-Day courses, may be added to the base registration at an additional cost. An additional $25 charge also applies for a ticket to the Course Reception on Friday, September 7.
Guest registration fees include access to the Guest Hospitality Suite, which includes activities and breakfast from Thursday, September 6 through Saturday, September 8, entrance to the Welcome Reception on Wednesday, September 5 and the ability to register for social events including optional tours and the Farewell Reception, for additional fees. An additional $25 charge applies for a ticket to the Farewell Reception on Friday, September 7.
Housing for the 47th Annual Meeting & Course Now Open
Hotel reservations for the 47th Annual Meeting & Course can be made on the Housing tab of the Annual Meeting website beginning April 16. A block of rooms has been reserved for SRS delegates at the Sheraton Chicago Hotel & Towers, the headquarters hotel for the 47th Annual Meeting & Course. The group rates are as follows for single/double occupancy:
Reservations can be made online through the Housing tab of the Annual Meeting website or by calling +1-877-242-2558. If making reservations by phone, please identify yourself as an attendee of the “Scoliosis Research Society Annual Meeting” to receive the group rate. Group rates are subject to the appropriate state and local taxes in effect at the time of the meeting. The group rate is available three (3) days before and three (3) days following the main meeting dates, based on availability.
