Dr. Peter Newton was honored with the 2012 Whitecloud Award for the Best Basic Science Paper for Paper 13, Three Dimensional Visualization of the Intervertebral Disc: The Effects of Growth Modulation.
Paper 7, Cost Effectiveness of Single-Level Anterior Cervical Discectomy and Fusion Five Years After Surgery by Dr. Leah Carreon, was awarded the 2012 Whitecloud Award for Best Clinical Paper.
