Presentation Times
Set-up: Tuesday, September 21, 08:00 - 18:00
Tear Down: Friday, September 24, 12:30 - 13:30
Measurements
The poster board size is 900 mm (wide) x 2100mm (high)
Posters may be attached to boards with Velcro or push pins. You are responsible for bringing the materials to hang your poster as well as 8.5" x 11" handouts.

Poster and E-Poster Cancellation Policy
At least one author or co-author on all posters and E-posters are expected to register to attend the meetings for which they are accepted by the deadline set forth in their acceptance notification. If this author cancels their registration prior to the meeting, SRS reserves the right to withdraw the poster or E-poster from the program.

The Online Speaker Ready will be available on April 15, 2010. Please upload your e-poster by August 6, 2010, for inclusion on the CD-ROM and by September 1, 2010 for display on the onsite kiosks.
