Registration Procedures
We encourage online registration at www.srs.org.
However, delegates may also register by completing and mailing or faxing the PDF registration form. All registrations will be confirmed via e-mail. If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation within two weeks of submission, please contact the Scoliosis Research Society at +1-414-289-9107, or meetings@srs.org.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing. You may fax your cancellation to: +1-414-276-3349 or e-mail to meetings@srs.org. You will receive a confirmation and refund within two weeks of receipt of your cancellation notice. SRS will grant a full refund for cancellations received in writing on or before August 1, 2010. For written cancellations received after August 1, 2010, a processing fee ($50 Course, $100 Annual Meeting) will be withheld from your refund. No refunds will be given after August 15, 2010.
