SRS encourages online registration using the link above. However, delegates and guests may also register by completing and mailing or faxing the PDF registration forms, below. Base Registration Fee:
The Annual Meeting runs from Wednesday, September 9 through Saturday, September 12, 2020. Base registration includes entrance to the general and concurrent scientific sessions, pre-meeting course on Wednesday morning, half-day courses on Thursday afternoon, lunchtime symposia, breaks, lunches, and the Opening Ceremonies & Welcome Reception on Wednesday, September 9.
Farewell Reception - $50
Friday, September 12
Open to all registered delegates and registered guests. Tickets are $50 for registered delegates and $175 for registered guests and must be purchased in advance. SRS urges delegates to purchase tickets at the time of registration as a limited number of tickets may be available onsite.

Open to all registered delegates. Tickets are $50 and must be purchased in advance.
One Day Registration:
One day registration is available for each day of the meeting at the following rates:
- Wednesday, September 9 (includes the Pre-Meeting Course): $500 / $250 Reduced Rate*
- Thursday, September 10 (includes Half-Day Courses): $500 / $250 Reduced Rate*
- Friday, September 11 (does not include the Farewell Reception): $500 / $250 Reduced Rate*
- Saturday, September 12: $250 / $150 Reduced Rate*
*Residents/Fellows/Medical Students and Delegates from Reduced Rate Countries are eligible for the One Day Reduced Rates.
One day registration can be completed using the online registration link or the PDF registration form, and will also available onsite.

Invitations letters for visa requests are available for registered delegates by contacting email@example.com.
Name substitutions must be made to SRS in writing prior to August 14, 2020. Any name substitutions made onsite will result in a $100 processing fee. If the original registrant shows up at the meeting, he/she will be responsible for a new onsite registration and fee.
Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellations must be received in writing. Delegates may fax their cancellation to (414) 276-3349 or email it to firstname.lastname@example.org. Delegates will receive a confirmation and refund within 14 days of receipt of their cancellation notice. SRS will grant a full refund, less a 10% processing fee, for cancellations received in writing on or before August 14, 2020. No refunds will be granted after August 14, 2020.
Guests must complete and submit a separate registration form. Guest registration does not include session admittance and only allows the ability to register for social events including the Opening Ceremonies & Welcome Reception on Wednesday, September 9 and the Farewell Reception on Friday, September 11, for additional fees. Guest Registration Form - Coming Soon
Entrance to the scientific sessions and breaks are not included in guest registration. Only those who register using the delegate registration form will be allowed to participate in scientific sessions and breaks.
You may pay for your Annual Meeting registration through a wire transfer. Please note that some financial institutions charge a processing fee, which is deducted from the amount of the transfer. Partial payment may result in an incomplete registration. If you wish to pay with a wire transfer, please contact SRS at email@example.com for more information.
