Arriving in Phoenix
Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) serves more than 120 domestic and international destinations with about 1,200 daily flights and provides a convenient location for arriving in Phoenix.
Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is located approximately 20 miles/25 minute drive from the JW Marriott Desert Ridge (the meeting venue and headquarters hotel). Upon arrival to PHX, various forms of transportation including taxis and ride-share services, are available outside of terminals 2, 3, and 4.

Phoenix is known for its year-round warm weather and in the fall, sunny summer days linger in Phoenix. September in Phoenix is warm and sunny, with average temperatures ranging from 99°F (37°C) to 75°F (24°C).
Phoenix will be in US Mountain Standard Time (MST) during the Annual Meeting, which is three (3) hours behind US Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) and seven (7) hours behind Greenwich Mean Time, GMT-7.
Please note, Phoenix does not observe Daylight Saving Time.
