About L.E.A.D. SRS

L.E.A.D. SRS is a leadership development program aimed at the next generation of leaders within the SRS. It is strongly recommended that applicants have participated in a minimum of two (2) committee appointments (including ongoing committee service) and are at a minimum in their third year as a Candidate or Associate member. L.E.A.D. SRS is open to Active, Candidate, and Associate members of the SRS. This year-long program provides a cohort of individuals the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the SRS and how to be an impactful leader.
