Cancellation & Refund Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing. Delegates will receive a confirmation and refund within 14 days of receipt of their cancellation notice. SRS will grant a full refund, less a 10% processing fee, for cancellations received on or before May 12, 2026. No refunds will be granted after May 12, 2026.

- Stations 6-10 - : posterior Th10—sacrum exposure and placing anchors, no image intensifier

- Posterior Column Osteotomies, Ponte multiple levels between L1-L5, Smith-Peterson Osteotomy (SPO), Pedicle Subtraction Osteotomy (PSO) in the Lumbar Spine (at L3), Vertebral Column Resection (VCR) of the Thoracic Spine (at T9). Participants share left/right side.

- Part 2. Anterior Lumbosacral Retroperitoneal Approach + ALIF L5-S1 & Exposure L4-L5. Cadavers supine
