About L.E.A.D. SRS

L.E.A.D. SRS is a new leadership development program aimed at preparing the next generation of leaders to make significant contributions to the Society and the field of spinal deformity. This year-long program provides a cohort of individuals the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the SRS and how to be an impactful leader.
